The BEST hotel we've stayed at in Europe! The hotel is located right by the tram stop (literally, you will see the hotel as soon as you step out of the tram), and there is a 24/7 supermarket downstairs. The hotel includes a fridge, kitchen, TV with Netflix, and a nice wardrobe. They even gave us free Polaroid film and provided a Polaroid camera in the room! That made our trip to Helsinki extra special. We fully utilized the washing machine, and they even provided detergent. The toilet was also great! Though there is no on-site reception, they responded quickly and efficiently via WhatsApp to answer all our questions. Tho the location is not right in the town, but it is well connected by the tram which operates from early morning to late night and we din mind the location at all! LOVE IT !

This is my new favorite place to stay when I visit Helsinki. The building is very clean and you have two restaurants and grocery store just down stairs from your apartment! The apartment itself is very nice and modern. It has huge windows with a nice view of the street cars below. The bathroom is huge and has a washer dryer combo unit to get all your dirty travel clothing clean while you relax in a private apartment. My wife and I logged into Netflix and watched our favorite show on a huge tv while waiting for laundry. There is a fridge to keep the food you bought at the Alepa market downstairs and for dinner you can enjoy tasty pizza or sushi downstairs as well. I cannot say enough about how great Bob W Koti Katajanokka is. You’ll have to book it for yourself and see!

The kitchenette in our 4-person family room was a big plus. The room was nicely decorated and overall the property had a fun, cool vibe. Bob W customer service was very responsive on WhatsApp for any questions and, overall, I appreciate how proactively communicative they were to make our stay a pleasant one. On the website (which they make easy to bookmark on your iphone), it was simple and fast to change our reservation for an early check-in and late check-out. I appreciate the modern use of technology to make stays effortless.

Easy to reach from the airport or by boat, Bob W Koti Katajanokka delivers on the expectations of ease and comfort. Having an apartment that feels like a hybrid between a private property and hotel opens your options. We made use of the kitchen and comfotable room but knew we were ideally recharged to explore Helsinki at our own pace with all ammentities near by when we returned to Bow W. Communication was proactive and very friendly. Will explore other Bob W locations as future considerations after this first experience.

And the room itself had everything we needed and was very clean. Everything is within walking distance, if you don't want to walk there are trams right outside the door that goes to the city center. In the same building as the room, on street level there's a 24hr supermarket, restaurants, café, massage/spa and a liquor shop Very convenient. We will without a doubt use Bob W again if we come to some of their other locations, or back to Helsinki. Highly recommend.
